Many ISOs want to have a team built for you, or build your own team with our assistance.

 

We recruit and build you a team of Salespeople (ISO's) over the course of 3 to 10 weeks.

You receive commissions from their sales staff files funded in the MCA Industry.

You will be involved in the following responsibilities alongside Bret Martin and Alysha Gilbert.

a). You are encouraged to motivate your sales team over the phone (we will assign you a conference call number of your own for your team if you choose).

b). You will receive your teammates "new loan applications for clients" and forward them on to Mom & Pop Management.

c). You will send your teammates an approval or denial from our underwriters at Mom and Pop.

 

BRET AND ALYSHA TEACH YOU THESE MINIMAL RESPONSIBILITIES TO MAKE THIS MONEY.

 

The Commission Structure 

NSM's receive a commission override on EACH of the salespeople's (ISO's) files as follows:

2% override of each file funded on their team and paid daily.

7% on your own production.

$200,000.00 Funding Example:

Commission on a $200,000.00 Funding:
$200,000.00 funded loan amount pays you $4000.00 on your ISO's funding.

Or

$14,000.00 if it was your own loan.

 

OPTION #1

Bronze- 

National Sales Manager (NSM)

The Bronze NSM Position has a skin in the game cost of $2500.00 for 15 salespeople (ISO's).

Payment plan available -

...$1500.00 down and $500.00 out of each loan funded until paid off.
